Everything was explained in easy to understand language and the atmosphere was welcoming to all people. I’ll definitely be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesTanner makes working out so fun and playful. I love this class bc I’m getting good movement, stretching and strengthening while playing games so I’m laughing and not paying attention to how long I’ve held a plank or how many squats I’ve done. 10/10 highly recommend!

ver todas as avaliaçõesReally liked this class! A true weights class, inclusive of deadlifts and barbell squats. Circuit style with accessory movements, and the instructor was great at giving adjustments, alternative movements, and pushes when he noticed movements looked too easy. Highly recommend!
