    Coming to Ritual One has instilled proper discipline in me and has literally melted the pounds off of my frame for the last five months. I love the little community and everyone is friendly and respectful. I personally recommend Becca’s classes because she teaches with patience and grace. She has good movements that can be modified for any level and every time I leave her sessions, I feel empowered and strong!

    Great class. I had not worked out in a very long time, much less done yoga in some years and it was a good light to intermediate class with Ellie. Got my heart pumping and def felt the muscles activating. My only complaint or rather constructive feedback is the music was too loud and you could barely hear the instructions or was my first time and I had to keep looking around to catch up. I also wish there would be pointers to correct the form. Overall awesome class I would def be back again. Make sure you are hydrated. You will feel light headed if not and bring water!
