The class was a perfect full body workout with an emphasis on core strength which is what I look for in a Pilates reformer class. Every move was thoughtful and actually doable while still being challenging. Danielle’s was very attentive and her verbal cueing and hands on adjustments were extremely helpful.

She made it interactive and fun, incorporating pushups, “army crawls”, and arm workouts. I was sweating so much but the tempo and playlist were fire that I didn’t feel tired until the end. I will definitely be back!

They have screens everywhere showing you the moves and you do them all for set intervals. I’m not a fan of CrossFit and to me this is different than circuit work. The workouts always leave me sore! It’s great and they vary, and are creative with their equipment. The instructor is phenomenal, she clearly knows form well and directs the class really clearly.

The studio is clean but the workout is nowhere near traditional Pilates, doesnt even have mirrors and the music that most of the coaches play is garbage. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, literally toddlers could probably teach better than the ‘coaches’ here.
