As someone with a ton of back and leg aches and pains, visiting here gives me a reset that helps me get through the week (in addition to regularly going to physical therapy). SRL helps me get a stretch for muscles deep in a back and hips, which provided a much needed release that helps me sit, stand, and walk better. Guided stretching allows me to relax into the stretch, which helps me prevent from locking or guarding muscles, which I often do when stretching on my own. I’ll be back, and I highly recommend for people with back and hip pain.
