I will say I think my lashes may have been too small for the service to truly show but that was myself and unrealistic expectations from looking at before & after pictures and videos of lash lifts ! I can see a difference in my lashes and it looks like I used an eyelash curler right when I wake ! I would go back to try other services because they really do care about you and have great customer service ! Love this place !

My appointment started 30 min late there was no one at redemption to greet me when I walked in or get me started. I feel like the staff should’ve been way more apologetic for starting my appointment 30 minutes late then they were. The Dana was also not turned on when I go there and took almost half my session to reach its peak temperature. I’ve had way better experience. Is there places in LA I would probably not go back.
