ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first time taking the CLIMBR class at its new location, and I must say, Rene's infectious energy truly sets the tone! Regardless of the class size, whether it’s 3 or 20 people, his energy level remains the same and I just appreciate that so much!! Now I'll be honest—I typically avoid cardio, but there's something about the CLIMBR class that just clicks for me. This class is just 30 minutes of pure intensity, any longer and I might have to start questioning my sanity lol! After every class I can practically feel the steam leaving from the top of my head lol, a testament to the incredible workout I've just experienced. Despite the 40-minute drive it takes to get here, this 30-minute session is worth every mile for me. I'll definitely be back for more—I simply can't resist it!
