ver todas as avaliaçõesShe is an amazing instructor! Her classes focus more on strength building while still maintaining a smooth and enjoyable flow. She has a great sense of rhythm, and every transition feels seamless and well-planned. What I appreciate most is how attentive she is to each student. If she notices that you’re not performing a movement correctly, she’ll come over and help adjust your form right away. It almost feels like getting a mini private session within a group class. She also makes sure everyone is properly challenged by helping adjust weights when needed and providing guidance throughout the workout. The flow of the class is incredibly smooth from start to finish, making it easy to stay engaged and focused. I highly recommend her classes if you’re looking to improve your strength, technique, and overall Pilates practice!

It was definitely a spicy workout, and I really enjoyed that she included a few movements that were new to me. It kept things challenging and made the class feel fresh.

It was definitely challenging but in the best way because I felt so good afterward! I also loved how cute and clean the studio was. I can’t wait to go back!
