Do yourself a favor and book yourself a spot in her class!! She always makes it challenging but easy to understand. The pace was great for the flow and restore class, as I was just getting back into yoga again and needed to get used to the hot room. It was seriously hot. I sweat a lot, which is great. Don’t forget to bring your own towel. Anyone new to hot yoga should know not to be afraid to take breaks when you need it. The darkened room with candles helps.. All in all, great small friendly studio in my neighborhood and I’ll be back.

Loved chatting for a few after class, he really made me feel like I belonged there despite never dancing Latin style a day in my life! 10/10 experience 🫶🏻

But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.
