ver todas as avaliaçõesI liked that the instructor helped me set up. As a newbie to weight training and the exercises I find the set ups to be challenging sometimes. There was a max of 6 people per circuit but not always enough equipment or space. Like for the bench press, teacher said people should have paired up in partners according to weight , but that wasn’t enforced. Maybe with time it’ll get better, but find I’ve had an easier time following circuits at places like F45 and Training Mate.

I called ahead to make sure I’d have a female masseuse, so I recommend this if it matters to you :) the small parking lot was full, but I found pretty easy street parking. Everyone there was warm and welcoming, very professional. I did a hot stone add on which is my absolute favorite. Definitely will be back and highly recommend!!
