Her directions were easy to follow and i loved her reminders for what we should be attaining in class or in a posture. Will be back to see her at Astro for sure!

I highly recommend the studio because not only was there a high-level of care given to my personal practice but I found a sincere and profound connection with Shiva yoga through understanding their value of a strong sense of community. I encourage anyone to try this studio out if you are a true yoga practitioner or may be a beginner- you are welcomed here. They know what they are doing.

I felt like I was in good hands as she answered all of my questions & gave me good advice / answers I was seeking. My blackheads, whiteheads & pimples are gone and my skin is glowing! It’s been years & was a little intense but she was kind, patient & thorough! Couldn’t have gone better!
