ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was not easy to find the elevator that you have to take to get to the studio(12th floor). You have to get into the ground floor parking of the building in order to get to the elevator. The inside of the building seemed recently renovated and toilet was cleaner than I expected..The studio was small, but I was the only one taking the lesson. Teacher was very nice, knowledgeable and detail oriented. She was able to explain to me in excellent English as I don't speak Cantonese. The deep stretching class helped me a lot to stretch stiff muscles that happened from the previous day's run.
