Valentina is a wealth of knowledge and her classes are intentional and grounding. I want to check out the recovery room/sauna/cold plunge next time I am there. I will definitely be back!

It was definitely challenging but you can take it slower at times or build on moves which was so encouraging! I will definitely be back!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is a great class. Elyse does a wonderful job getting you in the correct alignment and form with the flows by going slow on the first round and then getting faster. She acknowledges when people need and have made adjustments to protect your back and joints. Maybe just some more adjustments or alternatives for people with knee pain at the end I couldn’t do the half pigeons my knee was hurting from when I took Leah’s class earlier in the week.

ver todas as avaliaçõesGloria taught a great full body workout class that was just the right amount of burn in each body part to feel the blood flowing for the rest of the day. The room was hot but not uncomfortably so and I really appreciated her attention and instruction for proper technique with each movement and options to make it easier or more difficult. She's an energetic and motivating instructor. I really enjoyed this class as part of my vacation!

We enjoyed his lively personality & meditative, inspiring words throughout class. The studio was a good size and the class was not full. I was new to not having a mirror to look at, which made balancing a bit tricky, but I didn’t mind it. Overall awesome class!
