The room was hot but not uncomfortably so and I really appreciated her attention and instruction for proper technique with each movement and options to make it easier or more difficult. She's an energetic and motivating instructor. I really enjoyed this class as part of my vacation!

I would suggest doing one of the shorter classes if it is your first time! Be sure to eat and drink water before hand bc YOU WILL SWEAT SO MUCH!
