I’m usually a “slow quiet class with many corrections” type of person but this was very chill for a “weights and music” type of class. Tammy is the sweetest and I’m telling people I know to go here.

She prepared blocks and straps for us and in the end she brought out aromatherapy (so unique!) The class setting was beautiful, sunset, palm trees, ocean waves. What more could you ask for? Don’t worry if you are a beginner because Sara guides us gently and with support and modifications. This was a wonderful class, I’ll definitely go again.
