While I did the large group class, others were active in small group or individual lessons. They have a lot of great options. The workout itself was well designed and left me walking out of there, walking with wobbly legs! Can't wait to go back.

The variety is great with each session. Holly does a great job of giving instructions and will help correct form as well as order modifications. All fitness levels are welcome and it’s always a fun time! Love Holly!
