She’s very intentional with every movement and exercise, and she really pays attention to everyone in the room. She walks around giving corrections and making sure your form is right, which I really appreciated because it’s hard to find instructors who are that attentive and genuinely care about helping you improve. Her energy was super welcoming, motivating, and encouraging without being intimidating. The class was challenging in the best way and I left feeling stronger, more confident, and accomplished. Will definitely be back to take her again.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ve taken several of Kylee’s classes now including barre, spin, and trampoline and they’re all so good. Even though I don’t go super often, she always creates an environment that feels welcoming and easy to jump back into. Her barre class flowed seamlessly from start to finish, and you can tell she’s very intentional with how everything is structured. She does an amazing job reading the room and offering thoughtful variations and modifications, so everyone feels supported while still being challenged. Great music, a tough (but rewarding) workout, and such positive energy every time. Highly recommend taking any of her classes!
