Since it was my first time, I was able to use the equipment for free but they normally have it for rent or purchase. If I remember correctly, the bag includes ankle weights, a resistance band, and sliding discs. When you get to the building, there doesn’t seem to be any signage of the studio. You enter through the juice place which is the entrance closest to the street & there’s an awning.
