The heated studio helps get your heart rate up, burn more calories, and increases muscle flexibility. Love the warm room, the music, the class structure, and the terrific teaching!

From transitions to offering varying levels of difficulty within a pose and thoroughly explaining what your body should be doing, I felt well supported in the flow. The class was definitely hot and I got a great sweat in. Honestly, it flew by and I had a lot of fun. Will definitely be returning!

In her class I always feel I put my body to the limit which I loved that sensation. She is very powerful and makes sure you go out of class with a piece of that.

He’s great at getting you to understand how something should feel, not just how it should look; I can put my foot in the right spot but if I don’t engage the right muscles I’m not getting anywhere. I’ve done yoga for years but I can see so much improvement since I’ve started taking class with him.

Natasha was warm and welcoming, the studio is quaint and charming and the class was incredible. We started with a warm flow that was challenging but felt wonderful, followed by a guided meditation and journaling time. Cool lavender towels and hot tea to finish off the class was so special. I left feeling rejuvenated and loved!
