If I’m not mistaken, it’s one of the only studios in the area to offer mat Pilates, so kudos to SubHerban! It was personally my first time doing hot Pilates, and I was a bit nervous but I left drenched in sweat and feeling GREAT! Krystah is super nice, welcoming, and can put together & teach a great class. I appreciated the cool down moments in the class, and her reminders to breathe (because I personally always forget when the exercises get challenging!). I also appreciated the cool towels at the end of class. The only thing I would change/request is earlier class options throughout the week so I could go more often … but that’s just my personal preference! 😊 I can’t wait for next class! ✨

There’s no mandatory things that you need to bring like grip socks and mats. No mandatory 15 minutes early, no mandatory registration beforehand. I just pulled up parked, entered the studio. checked in, the instructor asked for my name and I was guided into the studio. The mats and any equipment needed for the exercise are provided and I especially loved the eucalyptus rags after the heated class. The studio is gorgeous and Lindsay is a great instructor. I got a great workout and I will be returning!
