Although we missed the sunrise facing Allen pkwy at sunrise is one of my best and favorites way to have class. Magical for sure thank you BIG!!

She did an excellent job! the only thing is they only give #6 reformer to classpasser and at the corner they need another mirror I think. the corner reformer does not have mirrors on both sides of the walls, which is kinda unfair. I wonder if Duo owner ever reads the reviews here, if so, please install at least one two mirrors for the person using the reformer #6.

From transitions to offering varying levels of difficulty within a pose and thoroughly explaining what your body should be doing, I felt well supported in the flow. The class was definitely hot and I got a great sweat in. Honestly, it flew by and I had a lot of fun. Will definitely be returning!

He’s great at getting you to understand how something should feel, not just how it should look; I can put my foot in the right spot but if I don’t engage the right muscles I’m not getting anywhere. I’ve done yoga for years but I can see so much improvement since I’ve started taking class with him.
