I did feel there were too many people in there for the space and facilities available. Could've done without the young girl vaping in the steam room too (madness!), but that's not really on the spa, and I didn't mention it to staff to sort out either. All that said, a really wonderful experience besides. The facilities were lovely, setting was completely gorgeous and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed 💕
