ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst time trying this type of workout and I really enjoyed it- worked thru 26 stations twice. First time handling a lot that type of equipment or familiar equipment used in novel ways. I got a great workout, made a friend, and learned quite a bit without feeling pointed out.

ver todas as avaliaçõesTAKE THIS CLASS! First off Coach Diego is awesome. I went by myself, first boxing class ever taken and it was great! I will be going back! It’s such a fun learning process and Diego did a great job demonstrating, I felt strong and powerful! 10/10

It was very fun and it definitely gets you sweating, however it’s not overwhelming as you can pace yourself or go as hard as you want. Definitely book your class with Juan. You won’t regret it. Overall, super cool and friendly environment. I will be booking again.
