Was my first time trying Muay Thai, and was touched that the coaches (khop khan ka!) were very kind to start easy and encouraging you to push your limits. The class has a good pace that keeps alternating between different training content; time flies over 90 min as you are kept you on your toes! I hope to be back again and work more on the new skills :)
