I do wish BA woukd either bring back Core Sculpt class and/or focus much more on core beyond planks. Every class seems to have at least 2-3 plank songs but only 1-2 true core.

ver todas as avaliaçõesGiving 5 stars because Alyssa was fantastic! Overall, it was a positive experience, but this is definitely a class that needs mental & physical preparation. Here’s my honest review: The class is extremely intimidating if you are new to working out or just getting back into a fitness routine. There were several times I thought about walking out but I stuck with it and I’m glad I did! Alyssa frequently checked on me and helped with equipment. She was patient, kind, and encouraging. I can see how this practice could get great results if attending consistently! Go at your own pace, take breaks when you need, and expect a difficult but rewarding experience. **Another important note, do not go on day 1 of your cycle. You will suffer the consequences!

Which was fine but I can imagine going to a couple intro classes, like they suggest, would be beneficial! Live and learn :) will be back!!

I also don’t think this class would be the best for beginners due to the speed and needing to know what a lot of the poses are already to be able to keep up. These points are really just a heads up for others considering the class, it really was a great class overall!

About 75% through the class, I thought to myself, “wait, I don’t even feel like I’m working out.” Not to say it wasn’t hard or an actual work out- it was just FUN and enjoyable and I didn’t feel the way I have in the past while working out. I am definitely feeling it already. Hannah was SO wonderful as a coach, she checked in and helped me when I was less familiar with certain things. Will definitely be back.

My friend had never done reformer Pilates before and Cherie made her feel very comfortable and gave her a successful first class. Her music was vibey and relaxed, with the workout being a good mix of challenging core/leg work and stretching. The reformers and props were clearly well maintained. Overall a really great workout especially for a Sunday morning. The studio is adorable as well. Would definitely return!

While other classes I’ve attended are fast-paced and group focused, this gym specially makes you feel so encouraged and challenged individually in a group setting. From day 1, they have gone above and beyond at modifications. They go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable with exercises and make suggestions that have made it possible for me to still be working out 30 weeks pregnant. I would recommend to literally anyone - those who need a challenge OR those who need guidance. They are truly the best and I’m so thankful for this facility!
