When I showed up for my confirmed appointment they had said that all of the rooms were taken up and I’d have to wait another hr+half before one becomes available. To make up for it they literally opened up their second location a few min down the street just so I could go through with my original appointment in a more timely fashion. I love that this business goes above and beyond to make things right and to make sure their customers feel comfortable / appreciated! I will keep returning. Their prices are great and both of the massages I’ve received from them have felt very thorough!
