About 75% through the class, I thought to myself, “wait, I don’t even feel like I’m working out.” Not to say it wasn’t hard or an actual work out- it was just FUN and enjoyable and I didn’t feel the way I have in the past while working out. I am definitely feeling it already. Hannah was SO wonderful as a coach, she checked in and helped me when I was less familiar with certain things. Will definitely be back.

All the employees/instructors greeted me by name and Katherine even gave me shout outs during class and congratulated me on my first one completed when it was over. There is a small lobby for storing shoes and purses and 1 small yoga room and 1 larger room for the Ariel silk classes. The instructor was really helpful and encouraging. This was my first class and it was fun, challenging and you will get your sweat on. I had wanted to try this for a while so I am definitely glad I did.

Aditi was very accommodating since I was a beginner and always gave options to make the movements easier or even harder. The movements and sequences she had us do were also a good workout! Nothing strenuous but definitely felt the muscles in my body being used and even pushed a little.

From the street, it just looks like a big empty room, and there’s no sign on the door saying where to enter or anything. Thank goodness another person showed up and I followed her. You have to take your shoes off downstairs and then walk upstairs to the studio, but again, I had no idea with it being my first time. The teacher was great, and the class was great though!
