I was shookt that this one was very challenging for me esp. for my body type, but tried my best nonetheless. The routine felt fresh and had some unique movements, which I really appreciated as someone who's been taking reformer classes for a while but is still building strength. Coach Joyce was very attentive throughout the session, regularly checking on everyone and providing form corrections when needed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a beginner-friendly class that still gives you a solid challenge!

It’s quite beginner-friendly. So far, all exercises can be done with both hands holding the barre. There’s also a sense of progression between classes. In the last session, I even tried jumps en pointe for the first time.

Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.
