Just an advice, please don’t be too hard-selling. One of the coaches, although friendly, asked a lot of personal questions right away—where I live, where I work, what I do for work, etc. I already mentioned that I live near the area, but they still drilled down to specific barangay, which felt a bit too personal. It’s ok to get to know clients, but I think it’s better to keep the conversation focused on health, fitness, or training goals.

What I liked most is that it’s quite casual but still focused on mindfulness, so it doesn’t feel intense or intimidating. I also really enjoyed the social side of it.
