This class was PHENOMENAL. It’s been a while since I’ve had a challenging class like this, but the trainers were so encouraging and helpful throughout the entire class. They explained how the class would flow before it started and I really appreciated the instructions for each station throughout the gym. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and I can’t wait to go back!

Great front desk experience. Very friendly and helpful. The sauna is good, although the digital setup was a little hard to navigate. The cold plunge was cold 😂 just keep an eye on the drain, it was looking a little clogged

This was a really cool and insightful experience! Dr. Sapozhnikov was very nice and took the time to explain my results to me (along with other services he provides that he could help me with). The shape scale is a neat tool that gave me insight on my body composition and areas I can work on. I also loved getting my metabolic rate tested, which gave me a custom report of how many calories I would need to reach my goals. I feel like I have more knowledge now, which has me feeling more hopeful on my weight loss & fitness journey.
