By the end, almost everyone was kipping 👏🏻 She gave great pointers and advice for the elements she taught 🔥 And the choreo itself was sooooo fun 🤩!! The only thing I would change is that I would make the class time longer (like maybe 1.5 hours 👀 hehe) 🥹🥹 Hoping to learn part 2 of this choreo and that hardstyle with Cece becomes a regular class 💗

It is the perfect mix of pushing you to your flexibility limit and respecting your bodies boundaries. The instructor is amazing and does assisted stretching to keep you progressing. I was a dancer years ago and wanted to regain some of the flexibility from my youth. Within weeks I’ve gotten both my right and left splits!
