ver todas as avaliaçõesDanielle is an excellent, however I didn’t get her this time. The newer esthetician took way longer than the 1.5 hours and felt really disorganized/inexperienced— in between my hydrafacial and microneedling there is a 20-30 minute period where I wait for the numbing cream to sink in. She came back in 30 minutes later but it took her an additional 10-20 minutes to actually start the microneedling. We were about to get started several times but she kept forgetting things or misplacing things and having to say oh I forgot this, that, etc which did not happen with Danielle. It was just weird that she had 20-30 minutes to prepare but didn’t until we were supposed to get started. During the microneedling she kept accidentally touching and getting the serums in my eye, which really burned. I kept telling her to pause to wipe my eyes. She was also a lot less detailed than Danielle who was very careful to extract as much as possible and neutralize wherever needed (I have hypersensitive skin) during my hydrafacial. Finally Danielle made sure to do my nose along with my forehead last to let the numbing cream sit longer as these two are the most sensitive areas, but this time my nose was done near the beginning which was a lot more painful. Overall it just felt like she needed a bit more coaching
