Cutting his Monday class was a big mistake. If the studio keeps making choices like this, they’re risking their reputation. Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

Cara was so energetic and motivating. Her playlist was just right with good variety and jams to pump you up. Even though classes are a quick 45 minutes she really makes sure we get the best of our time. Take her class!

The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. I prob need to take some more attention to figuring out which weight I’m at though; I think I overestimated my strength with stamina, as there are many reps and when I typically lift it’s to gain strength so I do heavier weights less times. This was a great challenge to provide a better all around fitness when working it in along with weight lifting. I’m ‘pumped’ to come again! Thank you! Also the front desk was super friendly and the facility was clean; though there were quite a few things that were in need of repair when looking around; including the steam room and the filtered water fountain, just a matter of time I’m sure. Parking was easy, too.
