Super clean with really nice massage chairs (I don’t usually care about this but they’re that good lol). And most importantly, they have never given me trouble about booking with ClassPass. I’ve had some bad experiences with other salons and this place treats you like every other customer.

The staff repeatedly tried to add additional services beyond what I had already booked, and I felt uncomfortable having to repeatedly explain that I only wanted the services included in my appointment. I also felt that the staff seemed frustrated whenever I declined an upgrade. In addition, the gel that was used had visible bubbles, which affected the overall quality of the service. I think the company could improve by being more transparent about what is included in each service, including the length options and the type of gel used. Overall, I would rate my experience a 5.5/10.

I’ve gone to many massages in my life, where deep tissue feels like a light tickle. Also, who cares if it’s in the back of a nail salon. At least you’re in your own sectioned off area and not in a room with 50 other beds and no curtain. It’s also really quiet back there- because it’s far away from the street and you don’t hear the street noise. The little water dripping noise was really nice. This truly is a little gem. shout out to Sophia.
