He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

Two areas of feedback would be to heat the room during the winter and not allow students in class if they arrive late. A student arrived at 8:05 and was disruptive to the peaceful energy at the beginning of class - not fair to the dozens of other students who had been timely.

(Much appreciated). The perfect edge of challenging without being too hard and I left feeling so good. My thighs are still shaking after class but in a good way. Fun to chat with classmates for a few minutes after class during “happy hour.”

ver todas as avaliaçõesI don't even want to tell you how good Dylan's class is because it's already hard enough to get into! But Dylan deserves it! I realized with his detailed instructions how many poses I wasn't completely hitting. It's a hard class but he talks you through it so beautifully and I always leave feeling like I left some emo baggage in the room and am lighter. He also ends every class with a sound bath, which is just amazing. He's an amazing teacher.
