He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step before moving on. I really appreciated the encouragement and positive attitude, which made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable The front desk staff were also very friendly and professional. They were incredibly thoughtful and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and okay. I really appreciated how attentive and caring everyone was. Definitely recommend!

I was quite nervous, it was my first time at tribe and I’m recovering from a back injury but Catarina was so approachable and helpful and encouraging that i felt like i fit right in and could do a lot more than i gave myself credit for! Look forward to going again and recommend to anyone considering trying it to just do it!

Sreya has been an incredible coach, she always takes the time to teach proper technique and makes sure I lift with confidence. Going from 5kg to 10kg has been a huge milestone, and every session I feel stronger and more confident in the gym. I used to only do cardio because I was too intimidated by strength training, but thanks to Sreya’s clear guidance, I’m now learning skills I never thought I’d be able to do. I absolutely love FFS and the community. A big thank you as well to Kieran, Benni, and Oisin for being so encouraging. You all push, support, and motivate me, but most importantly, you help me leave every session feeling more confident than the last. I can’t wait to keep showing up!
