ver todas as avaliaçõesAhhh Gráinne’s Yin class is absolutely amazing - it’s everything I want in a Yin class. Long holds, great cues, calming rebounds - overall, a really restorative nervous system relaxation. Really hope to make it to more of Gráinne’s classes!!!

The only personal note I’d add is that at times the voice felt a bit loud for me and I tend to stay more focused with a slightly softer tone, even though I understand the intention was to motivate the group.

So keep in mind that the studio maybe will be closed if you arrive early and if you are like me that loves to do yoga between something or live far away and need to take a shower the studio will be closed. Sorry for the inconvenience from my side. Thanks for the class and love 🤎

I always leave feeling like I’m floating. 🤍 The Yin practice itself is always gentle, and Jane regularly introduces readings, poetry and music, complimenting the poses in a subtle way and always around a wider theme that is weaved throughout the practice. The environment is so calm, and Jane’s teaching is so thoughtful.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ve recently started attending Aga’s sessions. From the beginning I have found Aga delivers well paced & structured sessions in a sequence that makes sense. Her soft tone is comforting and reassuring. She patiently corrects posture and positioning when necessary.. For me some elements of her sessions are challenging, but I feel that I have already made progress after just a couple of sessions, so I look forward to making more progress with more sessions.
