ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class was challenging in the best way. I felt like my core was being ripped apart and built up again. The studio remodel is so nice as well! Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

The workout was definitely challenging, but her cues were clear, smooth, and easy to follow, which made the class feel both effective and enjoyable. The studio itself was clean, beautiful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their clients. They have almost everything you need to relax, recharge, and refresh after a great workout. Highly recommend Wellnest and Becca!!
