ver todas as avaliaçõesReally fun first ever hip hop class with a super encouraging teacher, Theo. I was nervous being from ballet. I thought it would be a train wreck but I was wrong. I will definitely come back. I like that he gave the names of the moves so I can practice at home. And, he used counts instead of tee tak a ta. He also taught more advanced things like where to look and arms that I’ll work on later. It’s great for everyone.

The instructor Natalie was amazing—super helpful, corrected form when needed, and somehow made me feel comfortable while I flailed around like a weird earthworm on a pole attempting a rainbow kick. The judgment-free vibe made it fun, and my midlife crisis would definitely try again!
