No massage was given like most facial settings will have. It wasn’t the normal “cozy” facial feel but rather stale dr office almost. It didn’t seem like the bedding was changed patient from patient as there was obvious signs of wear and hair on blankets provided. I booked an hour facial and walked out the door in 45 minutes.. Lots of upselling attempts made with facial upgrades, product, etc. Overall, walked away feeling like improvement towards overall building returning costumers could be improved. Please keep in mind that this is my opinion and maybe everyone had an off day but left feeling almost like I wasted my time and was listening to a sell’s pitch versus being able to relax the entire time.
