ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was fun and energetic. There is a variation of music genres. Wish instructor had a Mike because it helps to hear the steps as she calls them out. She uses more hand motions to signal the steps . That Works for those in the front but not for those in the back. I would say this class is a little chaotic but it’s fun! You will definitely burn some calories. Stretch before class and wear comfortable shoes.
