Would recommend the instructor use the time moving around the room to correct participants' form and provide modification options, as not everyone is able to do the same movements. Also, would be helpful to ask everyone if they have any injuries as the participants arrive. These are just recommendations based on other workouts I've been to.

ver todas as avaliaçõesEverything! Isabel is the Mon teacher and was subbing. She welcomed everyone and knows her Zumba. Unlike me! I am a beginner and she was not bothered by my modifications. I had fun even with my limitations. Other ladies in the class were good and focused on their own workout. The music was a mix and some ladies put in requests. Cumbia? Super fun music and group. Two people that checked me in for my FIRST Class Pass class were helpful and quick. Crunch is offering a raffle starting next week for all who bc attend Zumba (not sure about other classes). I’ve only taken a couple of classes at this studio and I’m not an actual dancer and i thought she did such a good job teaching and made sure everyone had a chance to ask questions and get the dance before moving on. It was good for all levels. Unfortunately i found out she is only a sub but if she didn’t it again i would definitely take her class!

Juliet plays great music and the choreo is easy to follow. it's almost like Zumba but with music that can range from salsa to hip hop to kpop. I not only thoroughly enjoyed dancing and getting a good workout, I also enjoyed the people that were in this class. they were so welcoming and all around good positive vibes one needs from just to escape for an hour for the other stresses in the world. I will definitely come back

She provides amazing corrections and explains how the movements are in conjunction with ballet physiology. I explained that I had trouble spotting on my turns and she took the extra effort to personally help me twist so I could get familiar with the sensation. She’s an amazing teacher and I will certainly return 😙
