ver todas as avaliaçõesTAKE THIS CLASS! First off Coach Diego is awesome. I went by myself, first boxing class ever taken and it was great! I will be going back! It’s such a fun learning process and Diego did a great job demonstrating, I felt strong and powerful! 10/10

ver todas as avaliaçõesWow wow wow! I think I found my favorite cardio- and that’s coming from someone who is not a fan of working out lol. Anna was a great instructor: walking around, sharing encouragement, breaking down the moves. I’ll definitely be incorporating this class regularly.

It was very fun and it definitely gets you sweating, however it’s not overwhelming as you can pace yourself or go as hard as you want. Definitely book your class with Juan. You won’t regret it. Overall, super cool and friendly environment. I will be booking again.
