The class was really small with only 6 people and while the big window was nice for sunlight, I really wished there were mirrors on both sides so I could see what I was doing. Overall, it was a really good class and I already feel the soreness which means it’s working!! Lots of good shakes from this class. I would book again!

ver todas as avaliaçõesOk I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

She puts in a lot of exercises in the hour we have together and gives us modifications if we can’t get there. There are options depending on where you are that day. Julie was amazing and super accommodating, I was intimidated not being able to cheat and fone in the moves, but she really helped accommodate my injuries and my limitations. I’ve attended other sessions with around 30 people, but here, the group is kept small—only 4 to 5 people max, if that! My experience with Diana was truly exceptional.
