The class is challenging, but it's beginner friendly because there are always easier variants of the poses we do. If you're looking for a relaxing, low effort class, this isn't for you. But if you want to challenge yourself and see big improvement in your flexibility, stamina and strength, this class is great.

Only thing I would say is some of the exercises went on a bit long which got.l a bit tedious, but she kept everyone engaged and gave good corrections so there was a strong focus on form. Overall loved it, will be back!

I enjoyed that the therapy had time on the upper and lower body and also incorporated the head massage for extra release. So grateful it was catered to avoid aggravating and hopefully help my injuries, it helped soften everything around where things are painful. Ending with the heat therapy, being wrapped in an electric sleeping bag, is a wonderful way to close and just makes you feel like all the effects of the massage can really seep in and soften. I’ll be back
