    Really great workout! Amazing team at this studio who truly motivate you to do your best. I felt amazing by the end, I even beat some PRs! I like how this class is a full hour vs most of the classes I’ve taken at other studios being only 45 minutes. Really good value for the credits & is tailored for any fitness level. Highly recommend!

    Such a great class, Bethany is truly the best! The only sad thing about being away from London is not being able to attend her class, which is really challenging, but so much fun! She explains everything in detail, so that you do the exercises with proper form, and the workout targets the whole body with low impact exercises. She always gives you multiple options to suit everyone’s fitness- or energy level. Loved every second of it!

    Really good class - options given for different abilities, some nice stretching at the end, and the room wasn't too cramped. Only thing was that it wasn't clear how to get into the building if you aren't a member - this could be an issue if you aren't coming at a peak time.
