ver todas as avaliaçõesTim is the best instructor! Thinks about the flow of it, clear communication, supportive, and the overall structure- doesn’t put any sequence together for the sake of it. And he doesn’t feel the need to constantly talk- he lets you be with the movement, instead of talking about the next one which hasn’t even started, letting you focus on it and get the most from it. Tim knows his stuff and is amazing!!

I would follow her anywhere - her classes are always hardcore, but easy to follow as she gives detailed instructions, and while every inch of your body is struggling, it’s still such a nice, calm, peaceful & mindful vibe, that will clear your head after a busy day. And the venue is really nice as well, so it’s truly such a great experience, the best thing you can do for yourself on a dark autumn evening to attend Beth’s Pilates class at the Loom Club

Shout out to Cole at reception for calming my nerves before - I always feel nervous before going to a new workout class and he answered all my questions and reassured me. Really recommended these classes!
