She had clearly put thought into the flow and the theme of the class, and I got some tips for ways to use bricks in various ways. I felt all nicely loosened out afterwards. The studio is clean and bright, with good quality Manduka mats and a lovely atmosphere. I also did Ashtanga with Manon despite my lack of French, and she was excellent too! I would love to attend again if I visit Montpellier in the future.

Whenever she would change exercise, she would come over and show me through actions. Although, I couldn’t understand most of it, it was a high energy and hard class that was still fun. All of the other class members and studio owner were also very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Her classes are slower paced but challenging nonetheless, focusing on building a strong foundation and right technique. We always start with amazing grounding and nervous system regulation techniques using breath-work and movement. However I enter the class I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready for the day ahead. She’s a kind and intuitive instructor with a joyful and contagious energy. Highly recommend for all levels!

ver todas as avaliaçõesAlles war super, aber der Kursraum riecht leider schon seit langer Zeit unangenehm. Meine Freundinnen und ich mögen den Raum mit den weißen Matten überhaupt nicht. Die Matten scheinen viel Schweiß zu absorbieren, wodurch es dort wirklich stark riecht. Gerade beim Yoga sollte man sich entspannen können und nicht ständig durch den schlechten Geruch abgelenkt werden. Das ist leider sehr störend.

ver todas as avaliaçõesDas Konzept von Bare Workout finde ich richtig cool, deshalb habe ich es gerne ein zweites Mal ausprobiert. Etwas schade fand ich, dass Playlist und Übungsabfolge eins zu eins identisch mit dem ersten Mal waren – aus Studios bin ich es gewohnt, dass sich Choreo und Ablauf von Mal zu Mal etwas verändern, und dadurch wurde es diesmal etwas eintönig. Die Instruktorin hat zwar bei einigen Übungen Erklärungen gegeben, insgesamt hätte ich mir aber noch etwas mehr verbale Anleitung gewünscht, z. B. Hinweise wie „Kraft aus dem linken Bein nehmen”, da man sich stark auf sich selbst konzentrieren muss und kaum Zeit hat, bei anderen abzuschauen; die Einzelkorrekturen, die sie teilweise während der Übung gegeben hat, kamen dadurch manchmal etwas ungünstig getimt und haben eher kurz aus dem Flow gerissen, als optimal zu unterstützen.

This isn’t a typical massage - it’s a targeted treatment focused on releasing pain and deep muscle tension. I felt immediate relief in the areas we worked on and could still notice the difference afterwards. To help maintain the progress, he also gave me a few exercises to continue at home, which I really appreciated. The studio is clean, welcoming, and easy to find. Alex is also very kind and professional, and speaks English aside from German! I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone dealing with long-term pain, muscle tightness, or athletes looking to improve recovery.
