Gia really helps you with her queueing to stay focused on good form and to breathe (which you tend to often forget due to the intensity of the class). Highly recommend. I will be back.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first time doing pure barre. My instructor was Alyssa, she was clear and helped me along the way with my posture and movements. Staff was very welcoming and helped me set up my equipment. It was very low impact but very intense. I definitely will be coming back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesHad a great time and great workout last night at my first ever Barre class. Everyone was really welcoming and our instructor Hannah was amazing. I am 63 years old and she helped me with any modifications that I needed based on my flexibility capabilities . Definitely felt the workout the next day but in a good way! Highly recommend this class and location (Julington) to anyone. If you've never tried Barre add it to your workout regime you wont regret it!
