The instructor gave a heads-up at the start that it wouldn't be a typical Pilates flow, and the pace was definitely super fast, feeling way more like a high energy workout. If you're into that faster strength style session, it works, but if you're expecting a traditional, impactful, mindful Pilates flow, it might not be the right fit (like me). She also always explained which muscles were being targeted, so it was easier to understand what I was supposed to feel. The studio is small, but the facilities are pretty complete. And most importantly, ada lift! 😂 Very appreciated, especially when your legs are already shaking after class. Overall, really enjoyed the session!

ver todas as avaliaçõesSomehow the coach turned out to be different from the one listed on ClassPass, but ternyata cocok juga sama Coach Gerry! 😄 He is really nice, and I really appreciate how he adjusted the movements to suit my scoliosis condition. He was also very attentive in guiding my posture throughout the class, which made me feel more comfortable and confident doing the movements. The facilities are good too. The only thing is the studio location was a bit confusing because the 1st floor is currently under renovation. Other than that, had a really good experience!
