ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved the class, instructor, space. My one critique is about halfway/towards the end of class, I wish the spoken instruction slowed down a bit. Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

She explained everything very thoroughly, gave clear options for modifications, has a calm, grounded voice, and structured a very well balanced class. This is definitely a challenging yet empowering class that’s NOT high intensity/bootcamp- like where the instructor is basically yelling at you. SO refreshing to do a strength class that leaves you refreshed and is not overwhelming.

The best detailed run through of child’s pose have experienced at start of class … led to challenging peak poses that were not all accessible to me this day, felt good to try all the same. Namaste 🙏🏿

Would say this is a struggle if you’re new to fitness, definitely if you’re new to heat. Highly recommend!

I have been following him for a few years and finally took a bunch of classes since they opened in Chelsea. He works the room and is a true coach. It is more than a show. The one thing about corepower is it sometimes gets way too hot to focus on form or your breath and having the door open helped immensely. Not every workout needs to be heated to 95 degrees!

At the end of each sequence we flowed on our own with no instructions which I usually don't love, but there was great cueing and modifications given overall. Lavender cold towels are handed out at the end of class. Just know if you don't bring a mat it's a few bucks to use one.
