A huge problem for me is they started treating your feet with files and clipping etc before putting your feet in the water so your skin is not softened yet and it’s too dry. I did have hard gel from another salon, so there was a removal charge of $30, which is pretty standard for salons. The actual removal and manicure (I got cat eye) only took just under an hour, so I think perhaps 90 minutes allocates time if you want to select a more complex option. I’ll definitively be back!

They were not super busy so maybe that helped, but they were very attentive, I didn’t feel rushed at all and it was really relaxing. I got a mani and pedicure also. I’ve had my gel chip from here before so will see how that holds up, but I had credits to burn anyway so I don’t mind. Overall it was lovely!
