Was able to learn more tips to improve form and also felt engaged even though the workout only comprised of a few exercises because it was about getting the foundations and progressions right. Not typically my style of training but I really enjoyed it, so it shows how well structured the class and teaching environment was. Space is nicely air conditioned with clean toilets too.

KA gives clear verbal cues on where to engage, like activating the inner thighs to stop the knees from opening in low lunge twist, or squeezing the thighs together in garudasana. These are little details we often overlook when we’re rushing to get into the final posture. We ended with a flow that brought together everything we had learnt, and it was challenging but so satisfying.

Treatment wise was alright, room was abit too cold tho but the AC is centralised so I can only cover up using the blanket they provide. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Mine was done by Tracy who was nice. She helped to measure me in the beginning of my treatment and told me that I am 2cm smaller in size so.. yep. Will see how it goes after 3-4weeks with my normal diet & some exercises and book again if effective.
